Tempering Furnace with Top Re-circulated & Bottom High Speed Blowers FireJet™ is capable of tempering all current glass products from clear fl oat to triple silver coatings. The system utilizes zonal fans in the top of the oven to fully re-circulated hot air, and energy effi cient high speed convection fan in the bottom of the oven to assist the heating of the glass.

Specialized Mini Horizontal Tempering Furnace Minijet™ was designed specifi cally for tempering tight tolerance/specifi cation, small glass sizes requiring an extremely good optical surface quality. It is typically used in test labs and coating line testing facilities as well as pilot production lines. Products to be tempered would include pressure gauges, viewing glasses and touch screens.

The latest PowerJet tempering furnaces incorporate updated Matrix heating and compressed convection systems with Window based touch screen control system. It allows speedy production with high tempering quality for wide ranges of glass types. It also requires minimum effort in terms of maintenance and low running cost.
