DIGITAL SCREEN PRINTING with ordinary ceramic ink!
- Highest efficiency with order size 1
- Ink thickness in 1 pass= 65 μm (wet)
- Ordinary ceramic ink cost
- Particle size of up to 40 μm
- One print head - no nozzle wear
- Small maintenance costs
- Laser technology
- Very high opacity
- Up to 90 m2 per hour, one head and 65μm
- Up to 25 l of ceramic ink without stopping
Highest Production Flexibility
The HAS „Digital Screen Printing“ is based on the most advanced laser technology and almost every possible design can be printed with ceramic ink technology.
The HAS ,,Digital Screen Printing“ process is not using „nozzles“, therefore we have very low running and maintenance cost.
Laser Transfer Printing Process
The laser focus is guided in the form of a line along the carrier belt. The continuous motion of the print head relative to the substrate generates a printed image – line by line. Through switching of the laser on and off during the scanning, an image finally arises. The laser energy employed determines the amount of ink transferred and allows for control of the thickness of the ink layer on the substrate.
